THEY HURT THE MAN, AND THE CHILDREN GOT HURT - Letter from person who was a victim as a child in Rhode Island

AN INTERESTING DEVELOPMENT, AS I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING PASTOR DEMERS' MINISTRY FOR MANY YEARS, AND OBSERVING THE PERSECUTION THAT HAS COME AGAINST IT...  I HAVE NOTED AND FIND IT INTERESTING THAT ROGERIEE THOMPSON, ONE OF THE CHIEF PERSECUTORS EARLY ON OF PASTOR DEMERS AND CHRIST'S CHURCH IN ACTION, HAS BEEN NOMINATED BY PRESIDENT OBAMA FOR THE FIRST CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS.  I FIND IT INTERESTING THAT THIS PERSON, ROGERIEE THOMPSON, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DESTROYING CHILDREN'S LIVES, AND FOR CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH LED TO THE MURDER OF AN ELDERLY WOMAN AND A SUICIDE OF A YOUNG MAN, HAS BEEN NOMINATED TO A POSSIBLE POSITION (WHICH IS A LIFETIME POSITION ONCE CONFIRMED) IN THIS HIGH LEVEL FEDERAL COURT... AND PARTICULARLY INTERESTING IN LIGHT OF THE FACT THAT HER MOTIVATION IN HER ACTIONS WAS PERSONAL BIGOTRY AND FINANCIAL GAIN THROUGH DEFRAUDING THE COURTS. --Berachot Levine

The following letter was written by one of the people who was a child at the time of the persecution that came against Pastor Demers and his ministry in the State of Rhode Island when Christ's Church In Action was located there (in the 1980's and early 90's).  This person was a victim who was hurt due to the actions of people who conspired to hurt Wade Demers to stop him from exposing their corrupt and criminal actions.  Specifically, ironically, much of the time Pastor Demers was trying to expose what was being done to harm his children (and other children) as a result of the actions of people such as Rogeriee Thompson, a lawyer at the time who is now a judge and a nominee of President Obama for the First Circuit Court of appeals.

Below is the victim's letter in pertinent part.  Names have been obscured of parties who wished their names not appear.  As to the writer of the letter, he has authorized contact by telephone with serious inquirers who can prove they are either part of the media or a legitimate government or law enforcement authority with a desire to either report on or investigate and rectify these matters.  These inquiries may be submitted via email to justiceseekers@ymail.com for screening for legitimacy by The Arm of Justice.  Legitmate inquirers will be provided with this person's phone number.

On page 2, paragraph 4 it says:  "While I was with my mother, I was into drugs and alcohol and sex."  The mother's name was Jacalynn Demers.   For more details on what went on at that home while Jacalynn Demers (Pastor Demers' ex-wife:  see THE REAL TRUTH ABOUT DIVORCE AND POSSIBLE REMARRIAGE) was the sole head of household (after forcing Pastor Demers out with a false restraining order based on lies) see:  https://justicespeaker.blogspot.com/2008/07/wade-demers-saved-his-daughter.html, and also see THE SHELDON (WHITEHOUSE) CONNECTION for corroborating details.  (Again, be sure to read the report at the end of that article, which was prepared by Senator Whitehouse who was then executive counsel and became policy director to then Governor Bruce Sundlun of Rhode Island.)

This person also says:  "My mother wasn't about to stop it because she was drunk herself and constantly out of the home with my baby-sister out-of-state at bars."  (This person was 14 at the time and his middle sister was 12.  The "baby sister" was 4.)   "My sister Danielle and I were left all but completely to (do) as we pleased.  My mom would actually purchase the alcohol for me and my friends.  And her rationelle was at least I'm safe at home.  Luckily no one died."  (NOTE:  He is referring to no one dying from the excessive alcohol consumption--although the writer himself almost died from alcohol poisoning one night due to what his mother and others had done.  Unfortunately, as you know if you have read the other material, people DID die because these things went on unchecked (with the full knowledge of Rogeriee Thompson who was the children's court appointed guardian ad litem at the time)...a woman was murdered and a boy committed suicide.  (NOTE PARAGRAPH 6 ON PAGE 2 OF THE LETTER ABOVE, WHICH SAYS:  "Rogeriee Thompson (my guardian as well as my sisters) was aware of the situation first hand.  My father attemped numerous times to help us, but was only stone-walled by her and the courts.  Yes, Rogeriee had her revenge and illegally incarcerated my father.  When I testified on my fathers behalf, Rogeriee was called back in to testify, but she committed perjury to protect herself.")

These young people had been getting help from Pastor  Demers' ministry, and were starting to get over their problems and show a desire to do what the Bible says, but when his wife Jacalynn decided she didn't want to follow the Bible, she threw the Bible on the ground in front of their own children and said, "Your father is wrong! You don't have to follow that book!  And there's nothing wrong with drinking and there is nothing wrong with premarital sex as long as you don't go all the way."  (Imagine what that did to the minds of a 4-year-old girl, a 12-year-old girl, and a 14-year-old boy). Then she proceeded to get the false restraining order (based on lies) and had Pastor Demers put out of the house with no visitation rights to the children.  That is when the "free-for-all" (that the person talks about in the letter) started.

The young people who had been getting help from Pastor Demers now gave in to a hedonistic lifestyle supported by Jacalynn Demers who gave them the house to "party" in, bought them alcohol, allowed drug manufacturing and use in the house, allowed illicit sex including with adult men with her underage daughter, and more.  Judge Fay, who later became Chief Justice Fay (and is now a convicted felon and has been disbarred), saw an opportunity to bleed the estate of this wealthy man and he appointed his friend, then lawyer Rogeriee Thompson (now Obama's nominee for a federal judgeship), to be guardian ad litem for the children and to "look out for their best interests."

Early on, after Jacalynn Demers had started divorce proceedings against Pastor Demers, he signed a "no-contest" stipulation, giving everything to Jacalynn for her and the children.  He wanted to keep the court system from dragging the children through the court process and draining away the money and assets that Jacalynn and the children would use to live on.  JUDGE FAY, NICHOLAS COLANGELO (JACALYNN'S LAWYER) AND ROGERIEE THOMPSON (GUARDIAN AD LITEM FOR THE CHILDREN) IGNORED THE STIPULATION AND KEPT THE CONFLICT GOING TO FALSELY BILL THE DEMERS ESTATE AND DRAIN THE MONEY AND ASSETS FOR THEMSELVES.  MEANWHILE, THE CHILDREN WERE "GROUND UP" BY THE CORRUPT MACHINE THAT WAS DOING WHATEVER IT COULD TO STOP THEIR FATHER,WHO WAS EXPOSING WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEIR FATHER'S PURPOSE?  HELP FOR THE CHILDREN--THAT IS ALL HIS GOAL WAS.  BUT THESE PEOPLE DIDN'T CARE WHO THEY HURT; THEY WERE GOING TO GET THEIR MONEY AND KEEP THEIR POSITIONS AND GET THEIR PROMOTIONS AND SHUT THIS MAN UP FOR GOOD.  OR SO THEY THOUGHT.

As Pastor Demers became aware of what was happening in his former home, and how the children were being hurt, he would call Rogeriee Thompson's office to inform her.  She would reject  what he was saying, and she would refuse to check on the children and on what was happening.  She would tell him that the children were "fine," and then hang up on him, or put him on hold for long periods of time, and/or would verbally abuse him,  and at times would have her assistant, Suzanne Dash, verbally abuse him...and all the while, no none was helping the children.

It is known and corroborated by witnesses that Rogeriee Thompson was actually present at the house where these things were taking place, on at least one occasion.  This is talked about in https://justicespeaker.blogspot.com/2008/07/wade-demers-saved-his-daughter.html, and shows how, after Thomas Fay was elevated to Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of Rhode Island, Rogeriee Thompson was overheard, at the house, by some of the young men, saying to Jacalynn Demers that they didn't have to worry about "Wade" anymore, now that Fay was chief justice. (After all, Judge Fay, with others, had framed Pastor Demers while he was still a family court judge, and now he was the Chief Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court!) The young men took this to mean that they could get away with anything...this led to a night where three of them went out to "score" some drug money but they murdered a woman. 

By the way, one of the goals achieved by Judge Fay, Rogeriee Thompson, and others, was to keep Wade Demers away from Judge Fay's confirmation hearing for Chief Justice, this was part of what they accomplished for themselves by having him framed and put in jail.  Wade Demers was let out of jail the day AFTER Judge Fay's confirmation hearing was over--they effectively kept him from testifying as to what they were doing to his estate and his children.  And of course, the media was having their own free-for-all, slandering Wade Demers and never listening to the truth.  This only added to the confusion for all of the children, not just Wade Demers' children but the young people who were at the house and who lived in the neighborhood and the surrounding area.

The really sad thing is all of the collateral damage that was done to these children, who are all messed-up adults now and went through a lot of horror, due to what those people did to hurt Pastor Demers in order to keep their own crimes hidden.

This sickens me to even think about it now as I write.  People such as those of us in The Arm of Justice who tried to help at that time were also targeted.  Assaults, slander, threats, false arrests, false jailings, beatings, public mocking, and vicious treatment by people in law enforcement and government were just some of the things people who tried to help were subjected to.

From what I have observed over the years, Wade Demers is a hero.  And anyone who doesn't think so is woefully ignorant of the facts, or must be corrupt and/or a criminal themselves with something to gain, or friends of the corrupt and criminal. 

Oh, I know that Pastor Demers says to "trust God," and all that stuff.   And, as I said in my answer to Pastor Demers' two letters urging me to stop the work of this website (CEASE AND DESIST? OR FULL SPEED AHEAD? BERACHOT'S DECISION REGARDING THE WEBSITE), the retribution that has come on many of the people who have hurt him, his family, and his ministry, does give even an atheist like me pause.  But, then again, there are the people I see like Rogeriee Thompson, who has only been elevated higher and higher, first into a district court judgeship, then to superior court, and now as a Presidential nominee for the federal court.  This also gives one pause...
